Simplified proceedings: more claims — fewer formalities

According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to accelerate the sale of property accepted onto the balance sheet of banks to pay off debts" (№ RP-142 from 15.04.2025), from September 1, 2025, the maximum claim amount for consideration of a case on a statement of claim in a simplified procedure:

 - for legal entities is up to 150 times the base calculation value;

 - for individual entrepreneurs is up to 100 times the base calculation value;

 - for individuals is up to 50 times the base calculation value.
