Hiring without oversight: the rules have been simplified for employers

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On additional measures for improving the system of labor relations and vocational training, and for stimulating employers" (№ DP-126 from 04.08.2025), the following requirements established for employers from September 1, 2025 will be canceled:
(a) administrative liability for refusal to hire persons sent by employment agencies to vacant positions;
(b) mandatory submission of reports on the availability of vacancies.
